Right of withdrawal

The right

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the consumer or a third party indicated by them takes possession of the goods; for multiple items, on receipt of the last item.

The right may be exercised using the model form below or by any clear statement sent to info@vapelio.eu. The withdrawal is timely if sent before the deadline expires.

Effects of withdrawal

The Provider reimburses all payments received, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal (except additional costs arising from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard one).

Reimbursement uses the same means of payment as the original transaction, at no extra cost to the consumer. The Provider may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

The consumer must send back the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. The direct cost of return is borne by the consumer.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

When the right does not apply

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
• Goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Repair or maintenance work carried out at the consumer’s express request.
